July 5, 2005 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Commissioner Klennert Hunt asked if Staff has had an opportunity to check on clustering <br />of mailboxes. <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that the mailbox issue was directed at a problem at <br />the time and new developments cluster mailboxes so it is a non-issue. <br />Motion by Commissioner Klennert Hunt, seconded by Commissioner Wright to <br />approve the Minutes of July 5, 2005, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Pangell to Adjourn <br />the August 2, 2005 Planning Commission Meeting at 9:15 p.m. All in favor.
