<br />RESOLUTION #87-44 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on <br />Wednesday, October 28, 1987 at City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed <br />mailboxes in new developments, and <br /> <br />the placement of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council assumes that the postal service would <br />be totally responsible for the cost, installation and maintenance <br />of multiple unit mail boxes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council assumes that the postal service would <br />determine the location of multiple unit mail boxes, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Centerville <br />requires residents who live in or on a culdesac and/or a dead end <br />street in a new housing development to place their mail boxes in <br />multiple units on the straight road area prior to entry into the <br />culdesac or dead end street. <br /> <br />Passed by this Council this 28th day of October, 1987. <br /> <br />.L~ <br /> <br />(2, <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />I ~ <br /> <br />~-'1-.) <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />v <br /> <br /> <br />IL __ ~ <br /> <br />Clerlt/Treasure <br />
