<br />Presiding Officer <br />City Counsil of Centerville. <br /> <br />Sept. 9, 1987 <br /> <br />Dear People, <br /> <br />My property address is 6933 Pheasant Lane. l-1y total frontage on Pheasant Lane is <br />119.96 feet. <br />Pheasant Lane is not one of the streets on the road reconstruction project, at <br />this time. <br />The north side of my property abutts with center street, for a total frontage <br />of 135.41 feet. I am being assessed for- 100% of this frontage. <br />My concern arises out of the future reconstruction of Pheasant Lane. In the <br />event of this happening, how can I be certain that I will not be assessed 100% <br />of the frontsie of Pheasant Lane as well? After all my property does face <br />Pheasant Lane. Also, should the 100% 10n& side 20% short side used in figurin~ <br />corner lots, apply when only one side of my property 1s abutting a road in the <br />reconstruction project1 <br />1 make a plea to the cauna!l to lower the 100 'percent assessment on the north <br />side of my property. <br /> <br />Respectfully Yours <br /> <br />~.R <br /> <br /> <br />John R.
