<br />. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT OF ASSESSMENT AND WAIVER OF IRREGULARITY AND APPEAL <br />This Agreement is made this ~ day of August, 1987 <br />between the City of Centerville, state of Minnesota hereinafter <br />referred to as the City and Jerome C. Parent and Janine C. <br />Parent, husband and wife of the County of Washington, state of <br />Minnesota hereinafter referred to as Owners and Parent <br />Construction Co., Inc. hereinafter referred to as Developer. <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the action of the City Council, at <br />the Owners' request, to cause the construction of a city water <br />system in the plat of L'Allier Estates Plat 2 and to assess an <br />amount not to exceed $2,500.00 including core charges and water <br />connection charges per lot in the Plat of L'Allier Estates Plat <br />2, Owners and Developer agree to pay said amount over a period <br />of ~ years. Owners and Developer expressly waive objection <br />to any irregularity with regard to the said improvement <br />assessments and any claim that the amount thereof levied against <br />owner's property is excessive, together with all rights to <br />appeal in the Courts. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Owners and Developer have <br />hereunto set their hands the day and year first above written. <br /> <br /> <br />Parent Construction Co., Inc. <br /> <br />B <br /> <br /> <br />-2- <br />
