It appears that much pertinent infor- mation was not recorded. Example: Mill Road residents brought up concerns that, I.) they hadn't been informed about delay in second layer on Mill Rd 2) they had related to payment of increased costs due to delay of second layer Also, not recorded in the minutes, 3) Nr. Parent, developer of L'Allier Estates, was the person who initially requested the delay in final construction of Mill Rd. 4) Mr. Parent did not feel he should be responsible to pay for any related increase cost and stated we would earn enough interest on assessment money to cover the inorease costs 5) A decision was made by council on the basis of ~~. Parent's statement, "Finish your road!" We appreciate the exhaustive nature of these sometimes lengthy meetings, but we believe that regardless of the length of meetings, there should be no sacrifice of proper procedure and recording of proceedings. The method of listing names and addresses of those that gave comments, does not inform any reader or subsequent reader of any issues and concerns that formed the content of that particular meeting on that particular date. We ask the council to include the 5 statements above in the minutes of the August 12th meeting. We also wish the council to take note of the actual concerns, not just the individual who attends the meetings so we can be heard. This is not to be confused with our interest in the present road issue, which was given as an example above, but to ANY and ALL issues brought before the council. Each of these statements affected the outcome of a possible construction action on Mil~ Road.
