<br />RESOLUTION #87-12A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING FEE FOR USE OF THE BALL FIELDS IN CENTRAL <br />PARK. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on <br />Wednesday, June 10, 1987 in the City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the implementation of a fee for use of the ball fields <br />in Central Park were discussed, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that there will be a $200.00 fee <br />for the use of the ball fields in Central Park for all softball <br />tourna.rnen ts, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that local nonprofit organizations within <br />the City of Centerville, subject to Council review, will be <br />exempt from this fee, and <br /> <br />BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that this fee is in addition to the $200.00 <br />damage deposit that is required under Resolution #87-11. <br /> <br />Adapted by this City Council this 10th day of June, 1987. <br /> <br />L/' <br /> <br />~C'~ <br />Mayor <br /> <br />) <br />" ) "--- ( <br /> <br />'---;.- <br />--J- LL(C- LL '-- <br /> <br />~ctVY\<1,j'4 ~vGo/L4-7Y;llif^ <br />Clerk/Treasure <br />
