<br />.- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #87-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGULATING THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF <br />TEMPORARY NON-INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on <br />Wednesday, May 27, 1987 in the City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the resolution to regulate the authorization of the <br />issuance of temporary non-intoxicating liquor licenses was <br />discussed, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that all prior resolutions <br />regarding the regulation of the authorization of the issuance of <br />temporary non-intoxicating liquor licenses will be amended to <br />read: <br /> <br />1. Hours of 3.2 Beer Sale: Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />Sunday - 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Premises must be vacated by 10:00 p.m. on the day of activity. <br /> <br />3. Sanitation facilities in the form of portable satellite are to <br />be provided - two in number. <br /> <br />4. Damage deposit is required by the City in the amount of <br />$200.00 in the form of money order, certified or <br />cashierrs check; no personal checks. Deposit will be <br />returned to applicant after ten (10) day holding <br />period. <br /> <br />5. Applicant for permit will appear before City Council at least <br />ten (10) days before the event. <br /> <br />6. Applicant is responsible for keeping traffic off of LaValle <br />Drive during the activity or event. <br /> <br />7. The area should be cleaned of debris, cans and bottles when <br />the activity or event is finished. If the City is <br />required to clean up the area after the event, the <br />responsible party for the event will be required to <br />reimburse the City for their services. <br /> <br />8. The fee for 3.2 Beer permit is set at twenty-five dollars <br />($25.00) plus five dollars ($5.00) for each day the <br />permit is to be effective. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />The nurnber <br />Iltlmber six <br /> <br />of <br />(6). <br /> <br />permits <br /> <br />issued per year will not exceed the <br /> <br />10.
