<br />RESOLUTION #87-46 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on <br />October 14, 1987, the City Engineer has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the improvement of a municipal water system, <br />including deep well, elevated storage tank, chemical addition <br />equipment, distribution lines and other appurtenances, for direct <br />use by the LrAllier Estates II and Centerville Heights <br />developments north of Main Street and South of Peltier Lake Drive <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br />for approval; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is on file with <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Adopted by this Council this 9th day of December, 1987. <br /> <br />r /' /J <br />:b:<--. , <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />K. <br /> <br />\...'
