<br />City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />June 11,2008 <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated that the meeting times should be changed to read that the City <br />Council Meeting recessed at 9:20 PM for the Closed Executive Session and was reopened <br />at 10:50 PM. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee. seconded by Council Member Lakso. to approve <br />the May 14. 2008 City Council Closed Executiye Session Meetin!! Minutes as <br />amended. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. May 21. 2008. City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated that the wording in the second paragraph on Page 12 of 14 should be <br />reworded to read, "she added that the City of Centerville does not build the collector <br />streets different than the cul-de-sacs." <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee stated that it looks like there is something missing in the last <br />paragraph on page 10 of 14. He stated that maybe it should say, "City Engineer Statz <br />stated that whether or not residents are on City water, they benefit from having City water <br />available in their community. If they are not paying for it, someone else will have to." <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar. seconded by Council Member Lakso. to approve <br />the May 21. 2008. City Council Work Session MeetinS! Minutes as amended. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. May 28. 2008. City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Councilmember Lakso stated that the sentence in the 7th Paragraph of Page 9 is <br />confusing. Where it states that "he stated that he would support it," she didn't know who <br />'he' is. This should be clarified to indicate Council member Paar. <br /> <br />5. May 28.2008. City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Councilmember Lee stated that sentence in the 16 Paragraph of Page 4 of 7 should be <br />reworded to read, "Councilmember Lee stated that the yards upstream are considerably <br />wetter, and it is closer to the rear of the property line." <br /> <br />6. City Council Closed Executive Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated that the wording for the times on the meeting should be changed. <br />She stated that the Closed Executive Session recessed at 9:50 p.m., the meeting was <br />reopened to the public at 10:50 p.m. and a motion to adjourn was made by <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers and seconded by Councilmember Lee. <br /> <br />Councilmember Lakso stated that she is shown as being in attendance at the May 28, <br />2008 Closed Executive Session Meeting, and she was not.
