<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />'L..tabfisliedl&~7 <br /> <br />1880 :Ma;IlStreet, Ce1lten,;(Te, :M:NSS038 <br />651 ~429~3232 or 'l'a.x:., 651 ~429~8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-015 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution #08-011 adopted by the City Council on March <br />26, 2008, fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed 2009 Street <br />Improvement project, more fully described on the attached Exhibit A <br />(Improvement Description), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten (10) days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice <br />was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 1 st day of May, 2008, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective and feasible as detailed <br />in the feasibility report. <br /> <br />2. The Council hereby orders the improvement of the following streets <br />pursuant to the report-See Exhibit B with the work to be designed, bid <br />and a construction contract awarded by December 31, 2010. <br /> <br />3. The Council hereby designates Bonestroo and Associates as Engineer <br />for this improvement who shall prepare plans and specifications in <br />accordance with the staging plan for this improvement contained in a <br />separate resolution or resolutions. <br /> <br />4.
