<br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />From: Seeley Suzanne [mailto:skseeley@yahoo.com] <br />Sent: Wednesday, June 04, 2008 9:30 PM <br />To: mark.statz@bonestroo.com; Kim Stephan; Tom Lee <br />Cc: skseeley@yahoo.com; Kevin Amundsen <br />Subject: HSP discussion Weds night <br /> <br />To all, <br /> <br />We talked about the progression of the shoreline restoration, some of the options that the sub- <br />contractors recommended, the timeline, etc. Here are the conclusions of our discussion. <br /> <br />We would like: <br /> <br />1. 2ft x 3ft gabions (rather than 3ft x 3ft) with the bio-Iogs on top (We thought the 3' x 3' <br />gabion would show too much under the bio-Iogs rv and be rather ugly.) <br />2. to start the restoration as soon as feasible, not wait until August (We figured there are too <br />many varibles (rainfall, storms, further erosion) to guess whether waiting would actually be <br />benificial.) <br />3. a little more information/definition of the "maintenance" referred to in the Natural Shores <br />Technology's bid <br />4. to schedule the filling of the raingarden (via the fire hydrant) before the new plantings go in <br />(so they don't get flooded out) <br />5. to be kept informed of the fire hydrant test date and the restoration efforts, so the interested <br />Park & Rec members can be present <br />Please let me know if I have missed anything that needs to be captured.
