My conlments follo\v and are preceded by the closest.relevant section <br />nun1ber. <br /> <br />1.1 The \vords "Chapter 394 (for counties)" should be omitted. <br /> <br />2.1 You \vilI probably \vant to omit all but the first sentence of this paragraph. <br /> <br />2.7 The follo\\'ing definitions should be included: Accessory structure, C0l11nlercial PUD, <br />Conln1ercial use, Conditional use, Deck, "Duplex, Triplex, Quad", Guest cottage, Height of <br />Building., Lot \vidth, Shore Impact Zone, Steep slope, and Structure. <br /> <br />2.728 "Shoreland" is defined in Minnesota Rules and can't be redefined. Your definition <br />should be revised to include" ...and 300 feet from a river or stream ...". <br /> <br />2.731 and 2.732 <br />se gn1 e n t . . .
