In medium and <br />high density districts, the sign must be attached to the dwelling. No permit fee is required for a sign <br />authorized under this paragraph. <br /> <br />(5) Area Identification Signs. One area identification sign is permitted in conjunction with a <br />development or subdivision, however the sign shall not exceed 48 square feet in area and 8 feet in <br />height and shall only be permitted when a homeowner association or other responsible entity has been <br />established that agrees in writing to maintain the sign and adjoining property. <br /> <br />(B) Commercial District (B-I). Permitted signs: <br /> <br />(1) Wall signs.
