Of <br />Proposed Assessment & Calling for a Public Hearing -Part of Old Mill Road" <br />Added: "Item 4 -Extend Purchase Agreement for Property in Block 7, Downtown to <br />Centerville Mainstreet, LLCBeard Group (Pages 45f-45r)" <br />Mayor Capra made the following change to VIII. New Business: <br />Item 1 -Change pages to "(Page 46-46i)" <br />City Administrator Larson added Item 4: Encroachment Agreement to VIII: New <br />Business. <br />City Administrator Larson added Item 5: Water Hookup Issue Regarding 7146 Shad <br />Avenue to VIII: New Business. <br />Councilmember Lee added Item 6: Police Jurisdiction/Mutual Aid to VIII: New <br />Business. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />May 14, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Capra stated that in the third to the last paragraph on Page 5 of 6, the words "City <br />Works Staffl' should be replaced with "Public Works Staff." <br />Councilmember Paar stated that his name is spelled incorrectly throughout the minutes <br />and this should be changed. <br />Mayor Capra stated that on Page 6 of 6, Item 5 should be reworded to read "excellent job <br />she did with CERT." <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />the May 14, 2008, City Council Meeting Minutes as amended.
