Centervi[[e/ M9'{. 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 . :Ja?( (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 00-16 <br /> <br />SADDLE STILLWATER DEAD BROKE CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />August 9, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council discussed the renewal application of the Saddle <br />Stillwater Dead Broke Club and their operation of paddle wheels, pull-tabs and raffles at <br />the Trio Inn, 7082 Centerville Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville HAS conducted an investigation of the Saddle <br />Stillwater Dead Broke Club; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Saddle Stillwater Dead Broke Club is in compliance to City Ordinance <br />#51; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Saddle Stillwater Dead Broke Club appears to take into consideration <br />the best interest of the City of Centerville; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF CENTERVILLE approves the charitable gambling activity of paddle wheels, pull-tabs <br />and raffles by the Saddle Stillwater Dead Broke Club at Trio Inn; <br /> <br />Approved by the Centerville City Council on August 9, 2000. <br /> <br />~~7V\/~ <br />Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
