Centervi[[e/ 'Jvf9'{. 55038 <br />~ta6{isliea 1857 (651) 429-3232 . :Ja?( (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 00-10 ADMINISTRATIVE LOT SPLIT AND <br />VACATING CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council of the City of <br />Centerville met at an Emergency Joint Meeting of May 31,2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council discussed and considered the previous <br />Planning and Zoning action of January 6, 1998 (See attached) to vacate a Construction <br />Easement, thirty feet (30') of property, adjacent to 1873 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Property and Tax Division acknowledges said easement as <br />a portion of property located at 1735 Shad Avenue (PIN #R23-31-22-12-0001). Joyce A. <br />Greene, 1735 Shad Avenue, and Hubert & Nancy Olinger, 1873 Main Street, through <br />private agreements have agreed to transfer/obtain ownership of same, and request that the <br />City of Centerville allow an Administrative Lot Split (Legal Description "Exhibit A" as <br />attached) to remove said property from PIN #R23-31-22-12-000 1 and to include said <br />property with PIN #R23-31-22-12-0002 subsequent to all legally required documentation <br />and recording of same with Anoka County. All recordings will be the responsibility of <br />the specific property owners; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Vacate the thirty-foot (30') Construction Easement adjacent to 1873 Main <br />Street as previously acted upon by the Planning and Zoning Commission on <br />January 6, 1998. (See attached). <br /> <br />2. Grant an Administrative Lot Split to separate the above referenced thirty-foot <br />(30') Construction Easement as recorded with Anoka County as part of 1733 <br />Shad Avenue (PIN #R23-31-22-12-0001). Subsequent to all interested parties <br />claim to said property and legal transfer, this portion will be contained in the <br />property recorded with Anoka County as 1873 Main Street (PIN #R23-31-22- <br />12-0002) as presented to the City. <br />
