Ol:e of the henlS discovered \vas that the strip of <br />land which is approximately thirty (30) feet in \vidth and which lies immediately vvesterly <br />of the ()linger parc.el (propeI1:y identification ~un1bcr 23..31-22~ 12-00(2) is part of the lax <br />parcel which lies approximately on.e hundred ten (110) feet 11.01t11 of the Olinger parcel <br />and is cOll1pletely non-contiguous from the niain parcel. The taxpayer identiilcation <br />llu111ber which includes this thirty-foot parcel is 23-31-22-12-0001. AccordiIlg1y ~ myself <br />and the attorney for the Olirlger~s (Joel rvr. Anderson) are in the process of obtaining Quit <br />Clain1 Deeds from all parties \vho may have an interest in the thirty foot strip of land as <br />'..veil as in the main Olinger parcel. The result of obtaining these deeds and recording <br />thern \vith ..~noka County 1;Y-ill be, in effecl~ a "lot splif' ofPID l'~O, 23-31...22-12...0001. <br /> <br />I am attaching a copy of t~e revised legal description which was prepared by a <br />licensed surveyor \vhom \.ve retained and \vhich inc.ludes the parcei adjoining Lh.c Olinger <br />parcel on the west. <br /> <br />Prior to closing, it is my understanding that this "lot split" nlust be approved by <br />tIle City of Centerv'Ule through normal channels!, speci ftcally through a resolution by the <br />City COW1ciL If that is incorrect, please let m,e kno\v at once.
