CITY OF CENTERVILLE STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 97-15 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING H.R. GREEN CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO HAVE AUTHORITY FOR PREPARATION AND NEGOTIATIONS OF EASEMENTS, CREATIONS OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 20TH AVENUE UTILITY EXTENSION AND TO ENTER INTO DISCUSSION ON THE INTERCONNECT WITH THE CITY OF LINO LAKES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville acknowledges receipt of a certain petition on June 4, 1997, from Mr. Gerald Rehbein to provide utility service to the property identified as SE 1/4 ofSE 1/4 of Sec. 23, T31, R22 Commonly known as 23 31 22440001, and WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting utility improvements to service the stated property is hereby declared to be signed by the required owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.035, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville orders the preparation of plans and specifications for the above-mentioned property to be completed by H.R. Green, and WHEREAS, the City of Council of the City of Centerville authorizes granting H.R. Green the authority to prepare and negotiate easements and complete assessment rolls on the above- mentioned property, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville authorizes the City staff and H.R. Green to enter into discussion with the City ofLino Lakes for the consideration of an interconnect, and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the City Council approves authorizing H.R. Green consultion engineers to have the authority for preparation and negotiations of easements, creation of plans and specifications for the 20th Avenue utility extension and to enter into discussion on the interconnect with the City ofLino Lakes.
