<br />,~..~, jlo. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Centerville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Wednesday, June 10, <br /> <br />1998, commencing at 6:00 0' clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Tom Wilharber, Theresa Brenner, Sanna Buckbee <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mary Jo Helmbrecht, Laura Powers <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the next order of business was consideration of a proposal <br /> <br />which had been received from Firstar Bank Wisconsin for the purchase of the City's $245,000 <br /> <br />General Obligation Refunding Improvement Bonds, Series 1998. <br /> <br />After due consideration of the proposal, Member <br /> <br />Brenner <br /> <br />then introduced <br /> <br />the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1998-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OF $245,000 GENERAL <br />OBLIGATION REFUNDING IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 1998; <br />FIXING THEIR FORM AND SPECIFICATIONS; <br />DIRECTING THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY; <br />AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR PAYMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Centerville, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (City) as follows: <br /> <br />DJK144652 <br />CE155-14 <br />
