<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />1:5ta6{isfiec{ 1857 <br /> <br />1880 Main Street · Centervi{{e, M'J.( 55038 <br />(612) 429-3232 . ~a~ (612) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 98-24 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 98-24 <br />DEAD BROKE SADDLE CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council met at its scheduled meeting date of December <br />7, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council discussed the Lawful Gambling of the Dead <br />Broke Saddle Club to operate pull tabs at Trio Inn, 7082 Centerville Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville HAS conducted an investigation of the Dead Broke <br />Saddle Club; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Dead Broke Saddle Club is in compliance to City Ordinance #51; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Dead Broke Saddle Club appears to take into consideration the best <br />interest of the City of Centerville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF CENTER VILLE approves the charitable gambling activity of pull tabs by the Dead <br />Broke Saddle Club at Trio Inn. <br /> <br />Approved by the Centerville City Council on December 7, 1998 <br /> <br />~~ -Z-->- '--~ <br /> <br />Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> <br />
