<br />/1 ,.. <br /> <br />~' <br /> <br />:f <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF CENTER VILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: <br /> <br />June 10, 1998 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof: a Council meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City hall in said City on the 10 day of June <br />1998, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Wilharber <br />Councilmember Sanna Buckbee <br />Councilmember Theresa Brenner <br /> <br />Councilmember Buckbee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 98-13 <br />APPROVING PLANS AND SPECmCATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consulting engineers for the City have prepared final plans and specifications for <br />the construction ofParkview Improvements of 1998 in the City, and such plans and specifications <br />have been presented to this Council for approval~ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofCenterville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved and ordered to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official Forest Lake Times <br />newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvements under such approved plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The advertisement shall be published in each of the said publications at least three weeks before <br />the date set for opening bids, shall specify the work to done, shall state that bids will be publicly <br />opened on Tuesday, July 14, 1998 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at Centerville City Hall in said City and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5% of the amount of <br />such bids. <br />
