<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 98-06 <br />RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT CALLING PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a local improvement project has been initiated with a petition by 35% of the <br />affected property owners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 98-04, adopted February 25, 1998, by the Centerville City <br />Council; declaring adequacy of petition and ordering preparation offeasibility study report, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on Wednesday, April 8, 1998 the City Council secured from the city engineer a <br />report advising it in a preliminary way, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council upon preliminary review determined the proposed improvements <br />appear feasible, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council accepts the feasibility report on the improvement project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council scheduled a pubic hearing on the proposed improvements project, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined a public hearing shall be held on the stated proposed <br />improvements the 22 nd day of April, 1998, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street, in the council <br />chambers at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter and that the clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The hearing regarding proposed <br />improvements shall be in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the Centerville City Council will consider the <br />improvement of such Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Sidewalk-Trail, Streets and Municipal Water <br />in accordance with the feasibility study and the assessment of abutting properties for all or portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8 th day of April, 1998, by the Centerville City Council. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Thomas Wilharber, Mayor <br /> <br />
