<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-14 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />AND WASTE MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Waste Management has submitted a proposed contract for residential refuse <br />service; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said contract. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of Centerville, Minnesota, that the agreement with <br />between the City ofCenterville and Waste Management for Residential Refuse Service, attached <br />hereto attached as Exhibit ~ is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to sign said <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Centerville City Council this 13th day of October 1999. <br /> <br />~~ <br />Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~Jd/~ <br />Diane F .
