Several members have indicated that
they wish to donate their per diem back to the city to help fund economic
development activities, such as Sno Biz.

There were several meetings in which there was no quorum. However, members
present stayed and conducted a workshop session. Should those members be paid
per diem for meetings in which there was not a quorum present? If so, a resolution
is attached for your consideration.
