<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF fJIINNESO'TA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ISSUE <br />CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS <br /> <br />vffiEREAS, a contract is about to be entered into for the <br /> <br />purchase of fire equipment consisting of Class A Pumper <br />Truck - 8-9637, at a total cost to the City of $40,900; and" <br />vmEREAS, M.S.A. #412.301 authorizes the City Council <br /> <br />to issue certificates of indebtedness within existing debt <br />limits to finance such purchases of fire equipment, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The City Council hereby determines that following <br /> <br />the expiration of ten days after publication of this <br /> <br />resolution in the official newspaper, it will issue cer- <br />tificates of indebtedness in the amount of $30,000, payable <br />in five equal annual installments commencing 6-1-77, with <br />interest thereon payable semi-annually at a rate not to <br />exceed 6 percent per annum to finance the purchase of this <br />fire equipment. <br />2) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to publish <br />this resolution in the official newspaper on 4-30-76. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 21st day of April, 1976. <br /> <br />ATT~~) . <br />/ I. .' / j' <br />,I' \,,_~~ <br />.
