<br />-2- <br /> <br />1 " , <br />L L 1 <br /> <br />Committees (Continued) <br />Road Committee: <br />Fran Burque John Peterson <br />Bob LeRoux Bob Barret <br />Murray made motion, L'Allier seconded it, carried. <br />Sewer Committee: <br />Marcel Rivard Dan Tourville <br />Ivan Barrott Mel Dupre <br />Jerry Determan John Peterson, liaison <br />L'Allier made motion, Burque seconded it, carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />A number of Centerville residents, mainly women, were in <br />attendance at meeting complaining about the hockey rink; the way <br />it had been taken care of so far this season. They were made known <br />first that it is a skating rink and also the money that was spent <br />in 1975 on the upkeep of same. Leon L'Allier made a motion to have <br />LERoy Houle clean the two rinks when the snow is in excess of 2" <br />for $25 each time and not to exceed $200, Fran Burque seconded it, <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Louis LeRoux appeared before council with request for <br />a variance on a 125 x 150 foot lot which she is interested in <br />transfering to a daughter. Leon L'Allier made a motion to give <br />Mrs. LeRous a variance on city's ordinance #15, Section 6, paragraph <br />10 on lot described as follows: The easterly 125' of Lot 14, <br />Auditor's Subdivision #46 revised, except that part thereof <br />taken by the County of Anoka by condemnation, and subject to <br />existing roadways, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Mobley, our new Building Official, appeared before council <br />with a resume of his past experience in the building field and <br />pending certification from the state, he will be our building <br />inspector/official. Elmer Murray made a motion to upgrade our <br />building fee schedule to confirm with Lino Lakes fee schedule, <br />John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Public hearing was then held on the Horse Ordinance - amendment <br />to Ordinance #10. Clerk read ordinance and discussion followed. <br />John Peterson made a motion to adopt ordinance, Elmer Murray <br />seconded it, motion carried. CoPy of ordinance is attached to <br />these minutes. <br /> <br />Mel Dupre was in attendance and gave a report on the progress <br />of the Anoka County Park committee. <br /> <br />Richard Clark, 7059 Goiffon, Centerville was in attendance <br />requesting council to give him a permit to sell firearms. Clerk <br />read letter from Gary McCready, owner of 7059 Goiffon, giving his <br />permission for Mr. Clark to conduct gun dealership at 7059 Goiffon. <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to issue a special use permit to Mr. <br />Clark to sell rifles, shotguns, pistols and handguns by mail order <br />only, such permit to be under council control and if there are <br />complaints from residents the permit can be revoked by council, <br />John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion to raise mileage charge to 15i <br />effective January 15, 1976, Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br />
