<br />-6- <br /> <br />2'1] <br />.J~ <br /> <br />SECTION 6. <br />MOBILE HOME PARK FACILITIES BUILDING <br /> <br />a. Each planned mobile home residential development shall contain <br />one or more enclosed facility building with space devoted to offices, <br />storm shelter (basement), laundry, sanitary and recreational <br />facilities. The building shall be so designed so as to provide at <br />least twelve (12) square feet of space per mobile home lot, but <br />in no case shall the building be less than 2,500 square feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br />REGISTER OF OCCUPANTS <br /> <br />It shall be the duty of each licensee and permittee to keep a <br />register containing a record of all mobile home owners and occupants <br />located within the park. The register shall contain the following <br />information: <br /> <br />a. The name and address of each mobile home occupant. <br />b. The name and address of the owner of each mobile home. <br />c. The make, model, year and license number of each mobile <br />home and motor vehicle. <br />d. The state, territory or country issuing such licenses. <br />e. The date of arrival and of departure of each mobile home. <br /> <br />The park shall keep the register available for inspection at all <br />times by law enforcement officers, public health officials and <br />other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the infor- <br />mation contained in the register. The register record for each <br />occupant registered shall not be destroyed for a period of three <br />(3) years following the date of departure of the registrant from <br />the park. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. <br />SUPERVISION <br /> <br />The owner or operator or a duly authorized attendant or caretaker <br />shall be in charge at all times to keep the mobile home park, its <br />facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. <br />The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable, with the owner or <br />operator, for the violation of any provision of this ordinance to <br />which the owner or operator is subject. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br />REVOCATION OF PERMIT <br /> <br />The City Council shall have the power to revoke any Mobile Home <br />Park special use permit of any person who fails to conform to the <br />requirements of this ordinance or any other applicable ordinance, <br />state law or Minnesota Department of Health Regulation. As a <br />prerequisite to revocation, the City Council shall hold a public <br />hearing at which said person may be heard. Said person shall be <br />given ten (10) days written notice specifying the time and place <br />of said hearing and a listing of alleged violations. <br />
