EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY-OF- CENTERVILLE--ANOKA COUNTY - MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Centerville was held at the Centerville Elementary School building in the City of Center- ville on July 14, 1976 at 7:30 pm. The following members were present: Mayor Prachar, Council- men L'Allier, Murray and Peterson and the following councilman was absent: Burque. Councilman L'Allier moved the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION 76-lC RESOLUTION ORDERING SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT 76-1 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 4th day of May, 1976, fixed a date for council hearing on the proposed sanitary sewer and water main improvement #76-1; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the loth day of June, 1976 and July 14, 1976 at which all persons deserving to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Centerville: 1. The sanitary sewer improvement portion is hereby ordered as proposed at the Council resolution adopted May 4, 1976. The water main improvement portion is terminated. 2. Milner W. Carley and Associates are hereby designated as the engineers of this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Murray and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted: In favor: Mayor Prachar, Councilmen L'Allier, Murray and Peterson. Absent: Burque. Not in favor: none.
