HUIO, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 76-9 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF .ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to seek private bids <br />for the purchase of $30,000.00 in certificates of indebtedness of <br /> <br />this City to finance the purchase of certain fire equipment; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the First State Bank of Hugo, Hugo, Minnesota, <br /> <br />has submitted a bid in response to the Clerk's inquiry; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that the bid of the First State Bank <br /> <br />of Hugo, Hugo, Minnesota, offers a satisfactory net interest rate <br /> <br />to the City of Centerville. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville: <br />1) The bid of the First State Bank of Hugo of the purchase <br />of $30,000.00 of the certificates of indebtedness authorized to be <br />issued by Resolution of the City Council on May 12, 1976, is hereby <br /> <br />accepted. <br />2) The Mayor and the Clerk are instructed to deliver the <br />certificates of indebtedness to said bidder upon payment of the <br /> <br />sum mentioned above. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of May, 1976. <br /> <br />( (,?7rdt(jL <br /> <br /> <br />Qa <br /> <br />rk-Treasurer <br /> <br />M <br /> <br /> <br />
