<br />~ <br />( <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #10-77 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met <br />on Wednesday, September 28, 1977 in the City Hall, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the $870,000. <br />G. O.
