<br />/ <br />( <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #24 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS FOR CONFINEMENT, <br />LICENSING AND CARE OF DOGS <br /> <br />SECTION VII. A IMPOUNDING. <br /> <br />(now reads) <br /> <br />Any dog found running at large or any dog found without <br />valid tags displayed shall be seized and may be impounded. <br />All dogs impounded shall be kept for at least five (5) <br />days, unless sooner reclaimed by the owner or returned <br />to the owner. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SECTION VII. A IMPOUNDING. <br /> <br />Any dog found running at large or any dog found without <br />valid tags displayed shall be seized and may be impounded. <br />All dogs impounded shall be kept for at least five (5) <br />days, unless sooner reclaimed by the owner or returned <br />to the owner. The owner shall pay an impounding fee <br />upon claim of dog. The impounding fee shall be set by <br />City Council Resolution. <br /> <br />This amendment to the ordinance shall be in full force <br />and effect from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Centerville, <br />this 14th day of December, 1977. <br /> <br /> <br />
