page three <br />City Council meeting <br />minutes January 11, 1978 <br />Leon L' Allier made a motion to issue a license to Mack's <br />Excavating and Trenching for sewer construction work in the <br />City of Centerville during 1978, John Peterson seconded it, <br />motion carried. <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to subscribe to the League of <br />Minnesota Cities Legislative Bulletin, John Peterson seconded <br />it, motion carried. <br />John Peterson made a motion to adopt Resolution #1-78 <br />relating to the Centerville Fire Relief Association, .Elmer <br />Murray seconded it, motion carried, Resolution #1-78 is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Mayor informed council of changes in metropolitan plans that <br />may affect preparation of the City's comprehensive plan in <br />accordance with the Metropolitan Land Planning A,ct, <br />Floyd Kruger gave report on the District Memorial Hospital <br />for its fiscal year ending August 30, 1977 • <br />Leon L' Allier made a motion to approve payment of checks <br />#2141-2145 on the Sanitary Sewer Fund and #3224-3247 on the <br />General Fund, Deposits made up to January 11 were noted, <br />John Peterson seconded it, motion carried. <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to adjourn meeting, John Peterson <br />seconded it, motion carried.
