Pursuant to due call and notice. thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday , <br />December 2 1 8 in the Cit Hall. Mayor Prachar called the <br />7, 97 y y <br />meeting to order at 7:00 . pm . Present were: Burque, L' Allier , <br />La ska and Murray, <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to accept minutes of December 13 <br />meeting, Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. Mayor Prachar <br />suggested that the Resolution adopted at the December 13 meeting <br />concerning Mr. Richard Carpenter's request for a reduction in <br />unit charge contain the following addition: If conditions of <br />the Resolution are not abided by, the abatement will be recinded . <br />Clerk advised council that the petition submitted to the Minnesota <br />Municipal Board concerning the consolidation of Lino Lakes and <br />Centerville has been withdrawn. <br />Clerk read letter from Walt Williams concerning final payment <br />to C. W. Houle Landscaping for the sanitary sewer project. Leon <br />L' Allier made a motion to pay C. W. Houle Landscaping $5,000. <br />minus the $560. due Tom Tourvill e Contracting and $91. due Floyd <br />Laska making the total amount due the C. W. Landscaping, Inc. <br />$493490 , Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. Elmer Murray <br />made a motion to adopt Resolution authorizing final payment to <br />W. Houle Landscaping, Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br />copy of Resolution is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Paul Curtis of B eulke Agency presented council with insurance <br />proposal for the City, The proposal is as follows: <br />1. Comprehensive General Liability <br />$500,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property <br />damage, including the following coverage: <br />Premises and Operations <br />Products and completed operations <br />Personal injury liability <br />Employees as additional insureds <br />Explosion, collapse and underground <br />2. Comprehensive Automobile liability and physical damage <br />1500,000 Combined single limit bodily injury and property damage <br />500,000 uninsured and underinsured motorist <br />Personal injury protection - $20,000 Medical, $10,000 other <br />loss <br />Comprehensive on all vehicles <br />$100 deductible collision on all vehicles <br />3. All risk contractor's equipment floater <br />$8,200 <br />4. Fire Insurance on all risk basis <br />Building $40,000 <br />Contents $5,000 <br />Warming House $x,000 <br />
