He noted that this <br />will be a sanctioned fight. He advised that if this were to be <br />successful he would like to have one or two of these events per <br />year. He advised that the event would end at 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to approve the request <br />for Special Use Permit to hold an Amateur Boxing Event at Kelly's <br />Korner, Saturday, July 27, 1991, at 2:00 p.m., motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Group Mail Boxes <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton that with regard to a <br />request to abandoned the use of a larger group mail box in Royal <br />Meadows by four property owners so that they may install a <br />smaller group mail box to closer to their places of residence; <br />the City Staff shall allow group mailboxes to be <br />installed which would meet current City Ordinance #48 <br />standards within the Royal Meadows Development if the <br />residents/property owners agree to pay the cost of <br />installation for the smaller group mail boxes; <br />the City Staff shall decide the placement of the group <br />mail boxes contingent upon; <br />review and approval by the Hugo Post Office, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Water Tower - Contract to Chanee the Light Bulb <br />It was discussed that a bid was submitted by St. Paul Tower Inc., <br />to change to the light bulb on top of the City Water Tower <br />through a service contract of $150.00 per year. <br /> <br />It was noted that City staff had investigated as to what the <br />Cities of Forest Lake, Circle Pines, White Bear Lake and <br />Lexington due to change their light bulbs.
