<br />Pursuant to due caJ.l and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held an emergency meeting on Monday, November <br />4, 1991 at the City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to <br />discuss the needs associated with the clean up of the mega snow <br />storm. Mayor Buckbee called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m. <br />Present: Pelton, Daria, Wilharber; Absent: Burgstahler. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton that per the recommendation <br />of the Public Works Director and the Clerk/Administrator Robert <br />M. Barron is approved to be hired as a temporary part time <br />employee effective immediately, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Pelton to approve the actions taken <br />to contract with and request assistance of Gerald <br />Rehbein (L & G Rehbein) and the Anoka County Highway <br />Department for snow removal; <br />- Clerk/Administrator is authorized to continue to contract <br />as appropriate to continue the clean up efforts for a <br />cost not to exceed $2,500, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by <br />motion carried unanimously_ <br /> <br />Wilharber to adjourn the meeting, <br />Meeting adjourned at 5:57 p.m. <br /> <br />Rii:ectfullY su~~~te~, ~A1 <br />~: a~1~ 7J?/fi:/lJVfP~ <br />Tamara M.
