<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a special meeting on Monday, October 21, <br />1991 at the City Hall. The purpose was to discuss possible <br />candidates for submission to the Minnesota Municipal Board for <br />consideration for appointment to the Consolidation Commission <br />Mayor Buckbee called the mee~ing to order at 7:05 p.m. Present: <br />Dario, Pelton. Absent: Burgstahler, Wilharber. <br /> <br />The City Council members present discussed a rating system for <br />the candidates that submitted letters of interest to serve on the <br />Consolidation Commission. The following sixteen candidates <br />submitted letters of interest/resumes: <br />Theresa Brenner, 7206 Clear Ridge <br />John Buckbee, 7381 Peltier Circle <br />Sanna Buckbee, 7381 Peltier Circle <br />Kris Dario, 1573 Peltier Lake Drive <br />Theresa Davis, 7156 Brian Drive <br />Mike Davis, 7156 Brian Drive <br />Arnold Drewlo, 7029 Centerville Road <br />Melvin Dupre, 7244 Main Street <br />Marita Haberman, 7288 Mill Road <br />Sandra Heineman, 1983 North Robin Lane <br />Mary Jane Lang, 1559 Peltier Lake Drive <br />Steven Marcello, 1588 Peltier Lake Drive <br />Carol Zoff Pelton, 7178 Mill Road <br />Steven Scribner, 1775 Peltier Lake Drive <br />Daniel Tourville, 6994 Centerville Road <br />Katrina Vermeulen, 1645 Peltier Lake Drive <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee noted that all applicants have some merit, but they <br />must submit only ten names. After discussion of the letter of <br />interest/resumes it appeared that the following ten candidates: <br />Theresa Brenner, 7206 Clear Ridge <br />John Buckbee, 7381 Peltier Circle <br />Sanna Buckbee, 7381 Peltier Circle <br />Arnold Drewlo, 7029 Centerville Road <br />Marita Haberman, 7288 Mill Road <br />Sandra Heineman, 1983 North Robin Lane <br />Steven Marcello, 1588 Peltier Lake Drive <br />Carol Zoff Pelton, 7178 Mill Road <br />Steven Scribner, 1775 Peltier Lake Drive <br />Katrina Vermeulen, 1645 Peltier Lake Drive <br />would be considered for recommendation by the City Council at <br />their October 23, 1991 regularly scheduled meeting for submission <br />to the Minnesota Municipal Board for appointment to serve on the <br />Consolidation Commission. <br /> <br />The City Council members also discussed potential candidates for <br />submission to the Minnesota Municipal Board to serve as <br />Chairperson.
