<br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve
<br />the May 1, 2008, Public Hearing Meeting Minutes as presented. Motion carried
<br />unanimously.

<br />At the request of the Public Works Director, Item 4 will be discussed at the next City
<br />Council Meeting.
<br />Items 1 and 5 were pulled for discussion.
<br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Broussard-
<br />Vickers, to approve Items 2 and 3 of the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor.
<br />Motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mayor Capra stated that there is an item on the City of Centerville Check Register for
<br />Capra's Utilities Inc. She wanted to clarify that this is not her, nor is it a relative of hers.
<br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers pointed out that the Encroachment Agreement
<br />referred to in Item 5 is between two individuals -not the City.
<br />City Administrator Larson stated that there are utility easements around the property line
<br />and there might be a large utility easement around the pond where the fence would
<br />encroach.
<br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers inquired whether anyone had looked at this.
<br />City Administrator Larson replied that Paul had looked at it.
<br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve
<br />Item 1 and 5 of the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried
<br />unanimously.
