All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />City of Centerville Apri124, 2008, throu.~h May 14, 2008, Claims <br />Encroachment Agreement, 7310 Old Mill Road - (Fence <br />Mayor Capra stated that there is an item on the City of Centerville Check Register for <br />Capra's Utilities Inc. She wanted to clarify that this is not her, nor is it a relative of hers. <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers pointed out that the Encroachment Agreement <br />referred to in Item 5 is between two individuals -not the City. <br />City Administrator Larson stated that there are utility easements around the property line <br />and there might be a large utility easement around the pond where the fence would <br />encroach. <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers inquired whether anyone had looked at this. <br />City Administrator Larson replied that Paul had looked at it. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />Item 1 and 5 of the Consent Agenda as presented.
