<br />(7) Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing beacon, stop sign or traffic-control <br />signal located at the side ofthe roadway; <br /> <br />(8) Between a safety zone, unless a different length is indicated by signs or markings; <br /> <br />(9) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station and, on the side of the street <br />opposite the entrance to the fire station, within 75 feet of the entrance when properly sign-posted; <br /> <br />(10) Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when the stopping, standing or <br />parking would obstruct traffic; <br /> <br />(11) In the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street; or <br /> <br />(12) At any place where official signs prohibit stopping. <br /> <br />(C) No person shall, for camping purposes, leave or park a house trailer on any street or the right- <br />of-way thereof. <br /> <br />(D) No person shall stop or park a vehicle on a street when directed to proceed by any peace <br />officer with authority to direct traffic. <br /> <br />(E) No vehicle shall be parked on any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale. <br /> <br />(F) (1) No vehicle, except an emergency vehicle on an emergency call, shall be parked between <br />the hours of3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., and no vehicle shall in any case be parked upon any street in any <br />one place for a longer continuous period than 24 hours. <br /> <br />(2) However, these restrictions shall not apply to the parking of one vehicle on the street due <br />to new construction during the months of March through May of each year. <br />(Ord. 16, passed 6-6-1969; Am. Ord. passed <br />12-12-1984) <br /> <br />(0) (1) The City Administrator may issue temporary permits to park on streets during restricted <br />times. <br /> <br />(2) The permit shall state the duration and location for which the permit is valid. <br /> <br />(3) A fee may be charged for such permits in accordance with a resolution adopted by the <br />City Council. <br />Penalty, see ~ 71.99 <br /> <br />~ 71.99 PENALTY. <br />
