The statutes are incorporated <br />herein by reference. This section is not intended to allow what the state statutes prohibit, nor to <br />prohibit what the state statutes allow. <br />(Ord. 17-A, passed 4-24-1991) <br /> <br />~ 72.02 DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly <br />indicates or requires a different meaning. <br /> <br />DEADMAN THROTTLE or SAFETY THROTTLE. A device which, when pressure is removed <br />from the engine accelerator or throttle, causes the motor to be disengaged from the driving mechanism. <br /> <br />OPERA TE. To ride in or on and control the operation of a snowmobile. <br />
