<br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated the County would not allow it. <br /> <br />Mr. Luikart questioned where and when residents would be asked for input on <br />landscaping. Council Member Broussard Vickers explained that typically would have <br />been heard at the first two public hearings before the Planning and Zoning Committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Luikart would like to see an evergreen barrier along his property line and possibly a <br />fence. Mr. Drilling questioned the length of Mr. Luikart's fence. Mr. Luikart indicated it <br />was 80 feet and did not quite go all the way to the comer due to the tree line. Mr. <br />Drilling stated if trees were added the fence may not be needed. Mr. Drilling stated he <br />could add trees and a fence if need be. <br /> <br />Mr. March suggested tabling this matter to the next Council meeting for further input on <br />the landscaping plan rather than having to re-notice for another meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg questioned whether it was appropriate to have residents submit written <br />comments concerning the site plan. Mr. Hoeft said it was appropriate to have written <br />resident input and procedurally it would be best to table this matter rather than re-notice <br />for another meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg noted Mr. Drilling has been very accommodating to resident concerns. <br />Mr. Drilling asked if Council tables the public hearing would it be revisited later at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg indicated it would be revisited later at the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member <br />Capra to continue the public hearine to Januarv 24. 2001. at 6:00 ".m.
