CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the January 8, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following changes to the minutes of December 19, <br />2002. On page 8, first paragraph 2002 should be modified to be 2001 and on page 10, <br />item 2 Council should be modified to read Planning and Zoning Commission. She <br />indicated she had reviewed the tape concerning Council Member Travis' statement in <br />regards to Ms. Moore-Sykes' performance evaluation and forwarded a verbatim copy to <br />TimeSavers and requested that the language be respectively modified. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />Capra to approve the December 19. 2002 Council Minutes with amendments. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney, Council Members Lee and Paar abstained from voting, as they were not <br />present at the meeting. <br /> <br />III.
