CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the Council Worksession to order at 6:10 p.m. Present <br />at the meeting were Councilmembers Broussard Vickers, Capra, Lee and Paar; <br />City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes, City Attorney Jim Hoeft and Finance <br />Director Ellen Paulseth. <br /> <br />II. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />Woods of Clearwater Creek Delinquent Development Fees and Litigation. <br />Paulseth gave a report to the Council regarding the meeting that Staff and the <br />City Attorney had with Dick and Monica Travis. <br /> <br />III.
