CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the May 14,2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that the Votel extension of waiver be added to the Consent <br />Agenda. She also requested that an overweight permit for Peltier Preserve be added <br />under Council Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that the NPDES Permit be removed from the Consent <br />Agenda for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers seconded bv Council Member Lee to <br />annrove the al!enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. April 23, 2003 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following change: On Page 7 of 11 insert a 3-tab shingle. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Paar to ann rove the <br />Council Meetinl!
