He then said that he wants
to work with him but is not sure that it is possible.

Mr. Carlson indicated that he is not sure that the property owners are aware that 70 feet is
not a buildable lot and he would like to buy the property and incorporate it into the
development if they are willing to work with him.

Council Member Lee reviewed with Council the recommendations of Park and
Recreation concerning the development.

Mr. Ted Macki indicated that Rice Creek Watershed District has asked for a letter from
the City indicating which storm water management features will be maintained by the
City.

City Attorney Hoeft indicated the City would need to add the ponds to its schedule of
ponds for maintenance if the ponds accept drainage from City streets.

Council asked Staff to work with the developer to draft the required letter indicating that
the City does not want to accept any extra ponds ifit is not required.

Council Member Capra indicated that there used to be a plat review check list and she
would like to have that again as she feels it is beneficial.

Motion by Council Member Capra. seconded by Council Member Lee to continue
the hearin!!.
