<br />Centervil1e City Council <br />May 28, 2003 <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated the one percent above step increases was discussed when the <br />state was talking about freezing wages so that the office personnel received an increase of <br />5% to keep them more in line with the additional 3% COLA that the union employees <br />receIve. <br /> <br />Council decided to hold the wage discussion for a work session. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar indicated there was no EDC meeting because of the Business <br />Appreciation Dinner. <br /> <br />IX.
