CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the July 9, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that the Wegman email be added under New Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar indicated the Eagle Pass matter was not his issues and he would <br />like his name removed from the agenda on that item. He then asked that pre-sod <br />inspection be added under New Business. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar asked that discussion concerning the hole in the road on Meadow <br />Lane and Meadow Circle be added under New Business. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member Paar <br />to approve the al!enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. June 25. 2003 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 2 of 12 delete extra line <br />about the motion. On Page 9 of 12 insert "games" after little league, remove cub scouts <br />and indicate that any organization can use the building for making money. On Page 11 of <br />12 add a "t" to even to make it event. <br />
