CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the August 13, 2003, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that Pay Request Number I from Dave Perkins Contracting <br />Inc., for Peltier Preserve Street and Utilities be added to the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that repair of the culvert at LaMotte Park be added under <br />New Business and that Mr. SchoeberIein be added under appearances. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested an update on Eagle Pass be added. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Paar to approve the <br />aeenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. Julv 30. 2003 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 2 of 24, second sentence <br />from bottom indicated there were some issues. Page 4, third paragraph last sentence <br />change he to "the." On Page 7, fourth paragraph remove the word "says". On Page 15, <br />
