<br />City of Centerville <br />August 13, 2003 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes asked whether Staff should schedule a joint Planning and Zoning and <br />EDC meeting. She then said that she feels the City should discuss the matter in <br />committee prior to turning it to an open meeting. <br /> <br />Council discussed it and agreed to have an all City Committee meeting with Council and <br />the County at the end of September. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked if Staff received the updated budget from the Parks and <br />Recreation Committee. Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she was not aware of that and said <br />she would check with Ms. Paulseth. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney asked when the water tower report would be available. Mr. Peterson <br />indicated that a draft was mailed to Mr. Palzer and it will be discussed at the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Paar to adiourn the <br />Julv 23. 2003 City Council Meeting at 9:03 p.m. All in favor.
