<br />Council Member Capra asked whether Lot 10 would be large enough by ordinance <br />standards. <br /> <br />Mr. Bart Rehbein, 1421 Mound Trail, indicated the lot would be a little over 15,000 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated a legal description would be needed for the 13 foot piece <br />that is being split off. Mr. Rehbein agreed to provide that legal description to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member Paar <br />to close tbe nubUc beannS!. AU in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney closed the public hearing at 7: 14 p.m. <br /> <br />3. Mr. Paul Kellier (Sedona Homes 7035 20th Avenue) Parkin8 Space Variance & <br />Preliminary Site Plan Approval <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney asked if there was a change made for width of parking spaces. <br /> <br />Mr. Kellier indicated the parking was made wider. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney asked whether the County had any issues with the access. <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Kellier, Sedona Homes, indicated he reviewed the plan with the Fire Chief and <br />the County. The Fire Chief made mention that one entrance is all that would be allowed <br />and the County concurred. The entrance was widened and a landscaped buffer added to <br />separate inbound and outbound traffic. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney commented that this property was directly south of Public Works and <br />asked whether the applicant was aware of the proposed water tower. Mr. Kellier <br />indicated that he was aware of it and it does not pose an issue for him. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated the City may need to rent a portion of the land to store <br />equipment and supplies during the construction. Mr. Kellier indicated that he was willing <br />to work out a temporary arrangement with the City. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated that she did not see the need for a variance. Council <br />agreed that no variance was needed. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated there is no issue with the interpretation, but suggested the <br />City may want to revisit the language of the ordinance to clarify two story office <br />buildings. <br /> <br />The City Engineer provided a list of recommended changes for the site plan. <br /> <br />Page 4 of9 <br />
