Water Fluoridation Reporting Systems Award to Public Works <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that through the hard work and efforts of the Public Works <br />maintenance team they were awarded the 2002 Water Fluoridation Reporting Systems <br />Award. She then congratulated them on a job well done. <br /> <br />2. Lifetime Achievement Award - Chauncey Barett <br /> <br />Council Member Capra read a synopsis of the information she had obtained while doing <br />the interviewing for the award. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney presented Mrs. Barett with the award on behalf of her late husband. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated that a photo of Mr. Barett would be placed in City Hall. <br />She then thanked family members for the sacrifices they made to allow Mr. Barett to <br />volunteer. <br /> <br />Mrs. Barett thanked everyone who participated in the award and the family for coming. <br /> <br />VL PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1.
